Diego Antoñanzas de Toledo is a motivational keynote speaker, corporate trainer, and executive coach, certified as an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) by the International Coach Federation (ICF), trained at the Escuela Europea de Coaching in Madrid. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from CEU San Pablo (Madrid, 1994).
Before taking the stage, Diego spent more than 20 years in senior roles at multinational companies. He was Deputy Marketing Director at Siemens España (Telecommunications Division, 1999–2005) and later Director of Institutional Relations, Communication, Sponsorships and Events at Heineken España (2005–2013), where he managed communications and institutional relations for the group’s 32 brands.
In 2013 he founded Madrid and You, his first entrepreneurial venture. In 2020 he became a certified executive coach (ICF ACC), and since then he has combined one-on-one coaching with motivational keynotes, corporate training, and hosting corporate events for companies in Spain and internationally, in Spanish and English.
