Your company can recover the cost of the training

Is the training eligible for FUNDAE subsidies?
Yes. Companies that book the training can subsidize the corresponding portion allowed by FUNDAE (Spain’s vocational training fund). Diego Antoñanzas is officially registered as a trainer with FUNDAE.
How many people take part per group?
A maximum of 15 people per group is recommended, to ensure a close and high-quality training experience.
Is this in-company training or also for individuals?
The training is designed for companies. For individuals, the recommended option is one-on-one executive coaching sessions.
How many sessions does a training program include?
Every program is fully tailor-made. Programs start from half a day (4 hours) and can extend up to two days, depending on the company’s needs and the skills the team wants to build.
What’s the difference between corporate training and a motivational keynote?
Training is a hands-on process with practical exercises and follow-up, designed to build specific skills in a team over one or more sessions. A keynote is a one-off talk designed to inspire and shift mindset at an event or convention.
Is it delivered in person, online, or hybrid?
In-person format is always recommended, as it’s far more effective and personalized. That said, the format is adapted to the client’s needs.
Is the content adapted to my industry or company’s specific challenges?
Yes. Every program starts with a briefing with the client to adapt content, exercises, and examples to the industry, the company culture, and the team’s real challenges.
How much does a corporate training program cost?
The cost depends on the program’s length, the number of sessions, the delivery location, and whether it’s combined with other activities. Get in touch and you’ll have a proposal within 24 hours.
