Executive coaching

What is coaching and what does it involve?

“Coaching is the art of asking questions to help others, through learning, in the exploration and discovery of new beliefs that result in the achievement of their goals.”
— Definition by the European Coaching School

I want to be your go-to coach in Madrid. You yourself will find the solution to your challenges — and I am going to help you get there. A coach’s job is not to make recommendations or give advice on any subject: even though I have significant experience in multinational companies, as a coach I don’t act as a mentor, a psychologist or a therapist.

Coaching consists of asking powerful questions so that my clients discover their own answers, through active listening techniques that help find a new perspective on every challenge. We always work with a clear framework: a goal, a context, a current situation, a desired situation, and an action and review plan.

Coaching requires empathetic, highly active and attentive listening. I strive to understand your challenge and help you find a solution and a better state of body and mind.

🔒

Confidentiality

From the first word to the last, coach and coachee sign a mutual agreement of absolute confidentiality — essential to create an environment of trust.

🤝

Ability to connect

I have always enjoyed listening, empathising and putting myself in the mind of the person I’m talking with. Emotional connection is fundamental to finding solutions.

🙏

Absolute respect

Whatever the challenge, I strive to help you find the best possible solution — with all the respect you deserve as a person, whatever solution you choose.
